Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most before customers book their repair.
How long will my repair take?
Repair time depends on the extent of the damage. Minor cosmetic repairs typically take 2–4 business days. Structural or multi-panel repairs can take 1–2 weeks. We provide an estimated completion date at drop-off and keep you updated throughout.
Do I have to pay my insurance deductible?
If you are claiming through ICBC or a private insurer, your deductible is set by your policy — Pioneer Chrysler Bodyshop collects the deductible amount at pick-up on behalf of your insurer. We can walk you through what to expect when you bring your vehicle in for an estimate.
Is the repair work guaranteed?
Yes. All repairs completed by Pioneer Chrysler Bodyshop carry a written workmanship guarantee. If any defect in our repair work arises, bring your vehicle back and we will correct it at no charge.
How do I start an ICBC or insurance claim?
You can start your claim directly with ICBC or your private insurer, then choose Pioneer Chrysler Bodyshop as your repairer. Alternatively, bring your vehicle in for an estimate first — our team will guide you through the claims process and handle all documentation and communication with your insurer from that point forward.
Can I get an estimate without committing to a repair?
Absolutely. Contact us or visit the shop for a no-obligation estimate. We will assess the damage, walk you through the scope of work, and provide a written quote — there is no pressure to proceed.
